How do I book a travel package?
Simply browse our Destinations or Packages page, select your preferred trip, and click
"Book Now." Follow the step-by-step instructions in our secure checkout to enter
traveler details and complete your reservation.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, and
direct Net Banking. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment
gateways.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure are eligible for a full refund (minus
a small service fee). Rescheduling depends on hotel and flight availability; please
contact our support team for specific requests.
Travel Documents
What documents are required for international travel?
You will typically need a passport valid for at least 6 months, a valid visa for your
destination, and travel insurance. We provide a detailed checklist of required documents
for every international booking.
